My psychiatrist is great. My therapist is great. The lessons can be tedious and annoying if you have previously worked on improving your mental health. Some of the video clips prior to the lesson are repetitive. I have yet to receive a bill after participating in the program for a month & a half so I cannot fully rate the full worth of the program.
