The only success I have had in the past six weeks is getting an appointment with a provider who could prescribe a much needed medication. She has been very thorough and accommodating, and I am having much success with the medication. However, the therapy side of the process is challenging. There were not a lot to choose from initially, and the available time slots were also lacking. I requested a change in therapists and was granted that request with excellent customer service. Then it all went downhill. I had to wait a couple weeks for an open time slot, the therapist was a no-show, and it took 36 hours to receive communication telling me I should have know after I waited online for half my session. I did not know and recieved automated messages all the way until 15 minutes before the appointment, even a threat of a no show fee. Maybe I should charge Brightside instead.
