Brightside has helped me out significantly from the space I was in. The app is easy to use and helpful with keeping track of your own progress, scheduling visits and getting more resources aside from talk therapy. It was helpful for me to start therapy where I felt the most comfortable, and at that time it was in my own home. So thankful for my providers, resources and the simplicity of such a difficult process.
