The providers that I am working with at Brightside are wonderful. This is my first experience with mental health resources that has felt safe and I truly feel like I'm being listened to and that the team has my best interests at heart, and not a generic push of textbook plans.
The only things that I wish could change would be the option to lengthen therapy sessions to 60 minutes, and to have the ability to schedule out more than one week at a time.
