Consider a scale of terrible to excellent Customer service response time is worse than terrible, atrocious. "within 72 hrs" has been both never and 10 days. First counselor was bad. Didn't take notes, didn't introduce himself, was more opinionated than helpful, workspace was unkempt, of course it was his house which is fine but appearance was unprofessional. Current counselor is good so far. Psych seemed good during our half hour meet. I probably won't be going back, but that's not because of him or his demeanor. Mobile-only layout is annoying.
