I love my therapist and the intake process. I felt like I could get everything out and not down play my feelings/issues. I also love the reminder that are sent out for appointments. I tend to forget appointments so it’s very helpful. I also like how easy the website is to use. I was very hesitant for online therapy because I am not good with technology. This has been so easy and convenient.
