Hi! Actually, no Brightside is not working for me. The medication I was prescribed through my Brightside Nurse Practitioner has worked great. I do not need therapy sessions anymore. However, I am having a difficult time getting a hold of my nurse practitioner. My pharmacy has tried to reach him multiple times and I have reached out through messaging yesterday and have not heard a reply. He needs to pre-authorize the prescription and has not done so yet. I have been without my prescribed meds. now for over 24 hours which is dangerous to stop cold turkey. I have reached out to my primary physician today to see if he can refill the medicine so I do not have to keep using Brightside and am waiting for a response. Megan Bills
