Very poor experience with Brightside. Not impressed. The psychiatrist barely looked up from her computer, there was little to no interaction and the therapist i was originally scheduled to see didn't show up. I was prescribed a medication I will never take and now have a mark on my medical record stating I am depressed when I was only going through a rough moment in life. 10/10 would not recommend this platform.
