Brightside services are excellent. I able to speak to my providers on a one on one basis. They listen to me carefully and address my concerns and issues. They provide me with a safety plan and tasks to help me deal with my issues. They do not ask me to give details of any other source. They focus on what I want to address, when I want to address it. I feel like I’m talking to a family member, but one that has the capabilities to help me in a physical, mental and emotional way.
