I rate Brightside with 4 1/2 stars. It would be 5 stars if the quality of video were enhanced better with Kyrie Conseen, LCSW. There is a lot of lagging, freezing and delayed conversation when Kyrie is talking. This never happens with Kelly Fink, my psychiatric nurse. It's been this way with Kyrie since the beginning but has gotten progressively worse. It is irritating. Can anyone help?
