Being able to talk to a doctor to get a prescription for my mental health is/amazing. I feel like the doctor I have been assigned has been very responsive with her replies/information/feedback.
The therapy-side, I ended up cancelling on. It really just felt like an online workbook, with a cheerleader on the sideline, encouraging me to fill it out. When I had questions about the assignment, I wasn't given a response that actually answered my question or challenged me to think about it in a different way. The service just didn't hit home for me.
