We went for a birthday meal 7 out of 11 meals were cold all carvery when spoken to the staff was told her thermometer was reading right asked her to test the front vegetables and potatoes she refused and was extremely rude... after sending a main meal back on 3 occasions they still couldn't get the order correct I could understand if it was a very particular dish but it was quite original plain burger chips no sauce or salad and took over 3 attempts when it came out for the 4th time I told him take it back as was getting beyond a joke... staff members are rude manager is completely arrogant!
