Incredibly expensive to park with over complicated procedures if you choose Silver Zone (give you keys to the desk whilst on holiday and invalidate your car insurance). Ridiculous amounts of red tape and H&S BS like bussing people from the terminal to the aircraft. 2hr + security delays because they only open 2 of the security points but of course, you can pay £9 to skip this queue... yes the queue they create. Signs everywhere outside saying you'll be charged if you drop someone off and just a general horrible feel of profiteering - not how you should start or end a holiday.
