Home care?? What a scam. Take money every month and when needed (boiler won’t work with sub zero temperatures outside) British Gas does not answer the phone. Hours later and in excess of ten attempts to speak to British Gas I still have not managed to speak to someone-my boiler still doesn’t work. The website chat does not respond. No email contact. What a scam. Not surprised British Gas are going bust. Do not get Homecare, buy thermal underwear and plenty of warm jumpers and gloves. Welcome to London 2021. Utter disgrace............
