British Gas have hounded customers for payments and threatened the use of debt collection agencies when accounts are a few days old. British Gas has continually breached the government guidelines for utility firms during the national lockdown.
Ofgem should take decisive formal enforcement action owing to the way British Gas has treated customers during the pandemic.
