Awful company - avoid!
Repeated estimated bills when have a smart meter.
Can’t see usage on the app - haven’t been able to for quite some time now, and they won’t replace smart meter counter screen so can see what the usage is.
Taken a refund back by adding it to next bill.
Have made my 82 year old mother in debt for the first time in her life with their extortionate and dishonest billing.
Told them changing supplier and they had the cheek to offer a cash incentive to stay. No chance.
