DISORDERLY NOISY UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTRE ..SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE AT A WEDDING RECEPTION NOT HELPING DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS. BEEN HUNG UP ON PUT ON HOLD FOR AGES AND PROBLEM STILL UN RESOLVED ..ALTHOUGH STAFF TRY TO BE HELPFUL IT IS CLEAR THEY KNOW VERY LITTLE.
I HAVE CONTACED THE OMBUDSMAN AS I I HAVE NOT HAD MY ISSUE RESOLVED DESPITE EMPTY PROMISES AND BEING TOLD IT IS. . ALL DUE TO COVID....HOW I LAUGHED AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
