What a DISGRACE of a company. I moved to my current address June 2023. Set up d/debits, all ok, for a month. Then j get a bill for another person in another town. Oh and 2 days later another bill for another person in a different town. 3 mths all OK, then more letters (4)addressed to the Council, but my address, completely different account numbers, now can't get online as they have different email which is nothing like mine
Demanding payments for these accounts, what do I do ? I'm already in credit for my own accounts, 3 hours on the phone to a guy in India who I can't understand then transferred to a lovely Welsh woman who can't help me cause its the wrong department, then I get an Asian woman who I don't understand omg what a disaster ! I'm so so stressed through all this hassle.
Can someone tell me, is it easy to transfer supplier and will British Gas take last payment and close the account ?
