Nine no new properties connected electricity and gas. All ok for a while but then the bills stopped coming. All properties now sold and let and final readings submitted by both agents and occupiers. Now they are sending us threatening letters, there is no email address to contact them and the telephone number is not answered in any reasonable time I have written to Complaints and also their debt collection but not even an acknowledgement.
The only way forward is for us to go to court and hope to be able to claim some compensation for our wasted time and inconvenience
