A billing problem when changing to their new system last year.
Complained to Ombudsman who upheld my complaint. I was given £100 credit, however their billing department won't correct their error on the online pdf.
Therefore bill does not tally with amount being asked for.
Phone customer service again today, call centre who can't hear me for background noise.
