We are £7,636.59 in credit according to their website!
We had a faulty meter and then a new meter installed in December which we thought was a smart meter but isn't so they've been estimating our day and night rates.
I cannot take a day and night reading on the new meter and anyway there's no way of entering two rates in our account online.
Two long webchats haven't helped. There's no knowledge - they just replied with their own cut and pasted online instructions and prompts that weren't even relevant to our meter. What has happened to British Gas??
