Honestly the worst company in the world. Firstly we've tried to book a smart meter installation multiple times and each time nobody has showed up. Each time we phone to ask about it they say we never made a booking in the first place.
We live in a rural area so getting meter topped up can be an issue as British / Scottish gas only have certain paypoints. We have nowhere to top up after 5pm in our town.
Many times we have been caught out as we work 8am-5pm and although they have the ability to send out an engineer to get it the electricity back on for the night until we get to a suitable paypoint in the morning, we were told they won't send one out unless someone is physically dying in the house? What the actual christ is happening? You are a electricity company not a priest. What you coming out to see half dead people for? Try looking after customers better in the future. But obviously not us as we will be leaving ASAP. Avoid at all costs.
