Wanted to transfer energy supply to British Gas (BG) that took forever to process and blamed my previous supplier for blocking the transfer which transpired was a lie.
Customer service staff in South Africa are rude and condescending and don’t process your request - you need to call multiple times for an action to be processed. Wouldn’t never recommend or use in my lifetime. Stay away from this atrocious company
