British Gas offered a £100 voucher for installation of Gas and electricity smart meters within 5 weeks of fitting. This was on 12/12/24. Despite frequent correspondence, have been passed on with the same lame excuses. So disappointed with them, thought they were a trusted company. Will gladly submit correspondence but have to delete financials.
