Oh dear God..ide put them on a par with virgin media.
Truly dreadful.
Customer service is unsatisfactory,sent out on the wrong contract for a 16 month deal whice was totally incorrect.
So now I've raised a formal complaint with bg.
Going to switch to another supplier.
Enough is enough total joke of a company.
