IF YOUR BOILER BREAKS DOWN AND THE ENGINEER DEEMS THE BREAKDOWN TO BE 4 'UNRELATED FAULTS' BRITISH GAS WILL CHARGE YOU £240 (£60 EXCESS X 4 'UNRELATED FAULTS') I COMPLAINED AND WAS TOLD 'IT IS NOT THE ENGINEERS JOB TO EXPLAIN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH 'UNRELATED FAULT' TERMS & CONDITIONS WERE QUOTED AT ME. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CLIENT. BEWARE!
