Trying to get gas installed was a total nightmare. The phone number in the paperwork was dead, they didn’t have a clue what they were doing when we finally got through. The surveyor from cadent said British Gas selected the wrong meter box, we had to call British Gas to try and get it changed on the order. Yet again, they seemed clueless.
