I ordered 3 T-shirts from Brooks Brothers. Upon receipt I was not happy with the quality and the L size was huge. I returned them and was advised the refund would take upto 15 working days after receipt. After the 15 days the company responded that they were working on it and after sending 3 more complaints from my side, I am now simply ignored. It has now been 22 working days! My advice: NEVER buy from this company!
