“I ordered 3 T-shirts from Brooks Brothers. Upon receipt I was not happy with the quality and the L size was huge. I returned them and was advised the refund would take upto 15 working days after receipt. After the 15 days the company responded that they were working on it and after sending 3 more complaints from my side, I am now simply ignored. It has now been 22 working days! My advice: NEVER buy from this company!”
“Never order something to be shipped to you, either online or in the store. They will ship wrong item and you will spend hours to get your money back. They are the worst when it comes to shipping.”

Brooks Brother is not what it was years before. Customer service is bat and the taylor department is better not to say.

“Horrible exchange service. They received my clothes to exchange 3 weeks ago. They emailed me when they received, told me two weeks to get exchange, never received, called them and they told me shipping in two days, call back today and supervisor advised I should not have been told that, and that the warehouse is behind and they do not know when I will receive my exchange.”

I had trouble finding the cancel order request and when I did, I was notified of their policy that you ONLY HAVE 1 HOUR TO CANCEL ORDERS. I always thought they were a reputable company but now realize they are worse than the cheapest clothing stores.”
