We pre-purchased the brand new and just released Brydge ProDock Thunderbolt 4 MacBook Docking Station and it is NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME and neither is their lousy customer service (use these words loosely). BUYERS BEWARE: If your BRAND NEW unit is DEFECTIVE (DEAD ON ARRIVAL), they make you go through a bunch of hoops and then even when nothing they ask you to works and you want to just return it, they will charge you a 7% restocking fee unless you let them fix it and you have to pay for return shipping. THIS IS WRONG, IF IT IS DEFECTIVE, CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO A FULL REFUND. They will treat your defective return as a deposition, rather than actual customer service. They are not Amazon and they are not Nordstroms, they are Brydge. IRONICALLY, THEIR NAME IS BRYDGE BECAUSE IT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE BRIDGE THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE!!
