Unfortunately I can not really review the actual product as the adapter fried within a couple hours. I waited 5 months or more to get it, now I am going on a month to get a replacement adapter. For my first time buying a product from Brydge, I am very disappointed.

The quality of the keyboard has not changed as I was told it would. The quality is the same as the original and the first replacement. The plastic rotating hinge design is inadequate -but I’m sure you already know that . I predict this keyboard will fail as did the previous two. I am very disappointed. We pre-purchased the brand new and just released Brydge ProDock Thunderbolt 4 MacBook Docking Station and it is NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME and neither is their lousy customer service (use these words loosely). BUYERS BEWARE: If your BRAND NEW unit is DEFECTIVE (DEAD ON ARRIVAL), they make you go through a bunch of hoops and then even when nothing they ask you to works and you want to just return it, they will charge you a 7% restocking fee unless you let them fix it and you have to pay for return shipping. THIS IS WRONG, IF IT IS DEFECTIVE, CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO A FULL REFUND. They will treat your defective return as a deposition, rather than actual customer service. They are not Amazon and they are not Nordstroms, they are Brydge. IRONICALLY, THEIR NAME IS BRYDGE BECAUSE IT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE BRIDGE THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE!!

Had to change settings from standard to operate. Wasn't included in instructions. Wireless charger not working. Been working with customer support to get operational. Wish the sleeve wasn't plastic for a higher quality feel. Hdmi outputs would be nice on future model. Overall I'm pretty happy, but users should be aware of issues. I'm confident brydge will get the charger functional.

Construction and quality are great! However for reasons unknown apple has taken away the ability to use clam shell mode without a power cable connect. This means that the dock is well useless. You have to have the external monitor connected and a power cable connect before you close the lid. So nice rock but unfortunately it’s a waste of money until apple fixed the issue.

Cannot use thunderbolt connection to new LG thunderbolt display. Tech support has tried to help, but the best we could come up with is either an Anker dock (one I had on hand) or an HDMI to thunderbolt adaptor.

I could not get my external monitors to come on. Extremely disappointed. I have put it back in the box and put it on the shelf. Probably will never purchase another Brydge product again.

These reviews always start out as a "5". This is my 3rd 10.2 MAX+. The hinges failed on the first two. I don't know if the hinge design has been corrected with my latest replacement, or if the hinges will fail again. Despite the frustration of multiple replacements -- and mediocre customer service -- I still believe the 10.2 MAX+ is the best product out there.

Never received the package. Customer service says to contact them after Christmas since it takes time (20 days) for them to process refunds for lost packages.

Very expensive for what it is, compared to Asian competitors that are in the $60 range. Incredibly heavy, it triples the weight of the iPad. Also, cutting and pasting text does not have a quick key, it requires you to use key combination commands. Overall, it’s a good keyboard, but the trackpad does not allow simple tapping. It always requires you to push down with excess pressure until it mechanically clicks. Overall, I’m not terribly happy with it for the price, and actually had hindsight that I didn’t buy one of the cheap keyboards off eBay from China that I have been using successfully for the past seven years if they break, $36 to replace.
