Been waiting on bt fixing phone line for 6 days. The 94 year old lady needs the line for medical reasons. I have spent 4 hrs on the phone trying to resolve it. People didn't call back when they said they would, engineers didn't show when they said they would. Complaints shut down when the line is still not working. I'm still waiting!
