I was going to join bt when plusnet stopped providing broadband. I cancelled within 7days, but equipment arrived. I cancelled again, but engineer arrived. We sent him away immediately, but bills arrived. Phone calls to customer services took each about 45min. Very friendly staff, assuring me everything would get sorted (as in no more bills and envelope to send equipment back). Finally got envelope and sent everything back and then got hounded that 1 piece of equipment was not returned , though both had gone in 2 envelope. Took 6 months and at least 5hours on the phone to finally be free. Heard many similar stories about them!
