BT in their wisdom have decided to cancel our broadband this morning after we arranged a house move installation with them. Problem is we don’t move until the 9th December. It’s currently the 22nd November. Are they able to help I hear you ask. NOPE is the answer. Not remotely interested in offering a solution or trying to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Still as pathetic as they have always been.
