Not been good from the start. I moved into a house and partly decided to go with BT because they were offering £100 as an incentive. This was in March 2023, to date I have never seen that £100, I rang them, I was just sent round in circles in what to do to access it, but couldn’t do it, when I had my broadband fitted at my new house, the engineer didn’t take away old system, I thought it was something straight forward to do and as I’m doing house up thought just another on my list to do. Contacted BT to ask about it, told engineer would have done it for free, but as it’s a while ago, I would need to pay £130 to get it removed and tidied up. I was on a chat line for over an hour tonight, it was so confusing again sent round in circles, to be told although they believe me, the £100 shows as been collected, and the removal of old works I have to now contact the technical department
