I was a BT customer for years. Whilst installing some new equipment, their engineer drilled through some wires. He did not tell me. He up and left without completing the installation. I informed BT who did not care. Out of principle i chose to leave them. They made me pay a £200 leaving fee but would not amend the damage to my home.
