Buds Guns Shop customer service rep told me they will only help if I have the shipping boxes from everything else that arrived. They were of course in the trash. Ridiculous but true. DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere. They dont seem to care. P.S. The customer service rep gave me an email to respond to that does not exist as the icing on the cake.
