Be careful! Bought a shorty stock for my Mossberg 500 which did not fit. Left an unsafe pinch point at the receiver. Could not find any way to set a return on heir website (nice trick). Contacted Bud's and they told me no for the return. The ad stated it fit the Mossberg 500. Mine is the A1 model which the 'helper' bot told me it did fit the Mossberg 500, just not the A1 model. Wish they had put that in the ad. Don't buy here. There's better people available that are more concerned about keeping customers than they are making 35.00 from some poor guy and never buying from them again. Simply stated, don't buy here.

I've never dealt with such an unprofessional and uncoordinated support team in my life. They asked for additional documentation before fulfilling my order, so I submitted it. Then they never followed up. I reached back out, and they told me they never got it (but my email read receipts show it was opened multiple times by their staff). Then they just decided to cancel my order and find a bogus excuse. Spoke with the manager and he didn't care at all.

I have been unable to stop Bud's alerts, despite having clicked on the website's "unsubscribe" link many times and emailing them twice. I will not do business with in the future because of this lack of customer service and marketing insensitivity.

I ordered magazines for several guns from their online store. It was a few weeks before I made it to the range. Two of the mags were defective. Apparently they have a 10 day return policy so they did absolutely nothing to make it right. 10 days? I don't think I've ever had this bad an experience from another retailer. Glad I didn't order a gun or something else more expensive. Will never order from them again.

"A gun mat I paid for never arrived. I paid extra for the insurance too. Buds Guns Shop customer service rep told me they will only help if I have the shipping boxes from everything else that arrived. They were of course in the trash. Ridiculous but true. DO NOT PAY FOR THAT INSURANCE!!! Its a scam!!!!!!! I have now spent close to $2000 at this online store. I told them a week ago that they need to make this right or I will be shopping elsewhere. They dont seem to care. P.S. The customer service rep gave me an email to respond to that does not exist as the icing on the cake. Here was their response, notice the wrong email they told me to respond to (****@****)... "Thank you for contacting us here at Budsgunshop.com! We greatly appreciate your patronage. I do apologize to hear about that. Our shipping hub advises that they sent the product as ordered. We will need to have the order reviewed by the claims team. The claims team may need to open a claim with the shipping carrier. To request the review from claims we will need the following. Will sell you used firearms when you purchase a new firearm, firearm will be very dirty, like someone used serval times, magazines not new scratched badly, notified Buds Gun Shop, nothing was done. Bait and switch weapons. Once you pay you are stuck with whatever gun they want to send. I bought a pistol and received a rifle and they tried to convince me it was the same gun I ordered. Some chat rep named Melissa G needs to learn what a gun is. She tried to say a rifle is the same as a pistol. I have pictures proving I was sent the wrong gun and they still try and say it is the right gun.

Bud's offers a great product line. I purchase ammo in 250 rd lots and find them to always be the least expensive. They stock the Hornady American Gunner 6.5 Creedmoor. And they ship the five boxes in identical lot numbers.
