Orderd material for collection, collected everything and next day realised all the timber sizes are wrong. Called built but since it was Saturday could reach them. Receive call back to check if I am happy with my order but when I informed timber lengths are wrong they were surprised. Arranged next day delivery for the item and collected the wrong items.
Usually don't deliver item longer than 2.4 meters outside birmingham but because it was their fault accepted the mistake and delivered the 3.6 meter timber lengths to Coventry
