Simple to order on line. Spoke to a few people after ordering regarding returns and new orders, everyone was helpful and polite including the delivery drivers, one of whom I spoke to on the phone as the delivery was 3hours early and there was no one on site, he took everything round the back of the house (included 5 fence panels). Was so impressed that I back to let the office/yard know. 1st time I've ordered from Built, will now be looking at opening a trade account as I have a number of jobs on the go. (plus they didn't mind that I was a bit ditsy :))!! Item damage - one of the fence panels which I've not reported as think it can be fixed)
