the staff are very friendly and helpful at the branch and always go out of their way to help, i am an avid DIY'er and I have used other builders shops and their service is by far the best. materials are also a good price and you can get discount codes applied. the delivery service I must admit is brilliant how you can select a time slot that suits your needs, I've had next day deliveries sent from them when I needed a top up for my patio slabs and it arrived bang on time at 7am ready for my work men to start. brilliant and highly recommended
