My experience with BULK was frustrating from start to finish. I placed an order that included the product I wanted most (KSM-66 Ashwagandha), but instead, they sent a completely different item (Vitamin D3). I had waited patiently for this product to come back in stock, even signing up for an email notification. When I finally received that notification, I placed the order immediately along with some other items, yet they still didn’t send the product I wanted. The mistake was entirely theirs, and customer service was disappointing. Besides the hassle, I had to deal with the frustration of receiving the wrong order and requesting to return the entire shipment. I don’t plan to shop with BULK again, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone expecting quality or reliable service.
