“I have been a Bulk customer for a few years, and I had one order of protein from them which tasted awful - absolutely inedible, it tasted like plastic, I couldn't eat it. I thought maybe they had changed the formula, but when the next batch came it tasted fine.
As my order from Amazon was over 30 days ago, they said I had to go back to Bulk with any problems. I thought Bulk would care they had potentially sent out a defective product - how wrong I was.
Defensive support replies about "not being able to offer any refund or compensation" (I had not even asked for this, I was simply reporting a potential problem with their product) and zero interest in investigating.
After pushing, they said they could "check the batch" even though I hadn't given order details.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour, clearly don't care about what they their customers are eating. Will never be buying from them again.”
“This was my first time ordering from Bulk as I usually use MyProtein, and it will almost certainly be my last. I mistakenly entered the wrong discount code during checkout and immediately contacted customer service to request that the correct code be applied. The correct code would have given me a total discount of £11.99, and I only asked for the difference between the discount I received and the correct discount to be refunded.
Instead of offering a reasonable solution, their responses were dismissive and completely unhelpful. I was told to refuse the order and place a new one, which would not only waste money and time but also increase the environmental impact with unnecessary deliveries.
The refusal to process a simple partial refund demonstrates a lack of care for customer satisfaction and basic problem-solving. Their rigid and unreasonable policies make it clear they do not value new customers.
I had high hopes for Bulk, but this experience has completely put me off. If you’re looking for better service, stick to MyProtein or another provider who actually values their customers.

“I was naive enough to trust this Platform with my hard-earned savings. In just a month, I lost $535,000. Their lack of support and professionalism were shocking. It was a devastating experience. Thankfully, I filed a complaint with a Tech smart recovery agent Mrs. Linda Smith, and she helped me recover my funds. No matter the amount involved she’s capable of helping retrieve it. I urge you to do your research before trusting any platform with your money – it could save you a lot of heartache.

“I placed an order with next-day delivery for EEA, Creatine, and Glutamine, paying extra for fast shipping. The delivery arrived late, and the supplements had a terrible smell and taste, even with flavored water added, making them undrinkable.
I tried to reach customer service multiple times, and when I finally did, I was told I couldn’t return the items since they were opened. But without opening them, I wouldn’t have known about the poor taste. Customer service was unhelpful, and I ended up throwing the products away, which was a costly loss.
This experience has been disappointing, and I’ll be avoiding future orders with your company and advising others to do the same.”
“My experience with BULK was frustrating from start to finish. I placed an order that included the product I wanted most (KSM-66 Ashwagandha), but instead, they sent a completely different item (Vitamin D3). I had waited patiently for this product to come back in stock, even signing up for an email notification. When I finally received that notification, I placed the order immediately along with some other items, yet they still didn’t send the product I wanted.
The mistake was entirely theirs, and customer service was disappointing. Besides the hassle, I had to deal with the frustration of receiving the wrong order and requesting to return the entire shipment. I don’t plan to shop with BULK again, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone expecting quality or reliable service.”

“First of all I payed for my product after they delivered it to my home. Yes, they have the option to pay later in maximum 2 weeks, if I remember, after the purchase date. Second, the products are really good. You can see the quality just by looking at the bags and scoops they provide inside each powder bag. The powder bags are tough, you can easily open and close them each time. The scoop is strong and it doesn't feel like if you hit it you will brake it. :) I broke few of them in my life :D And having a bag that is made to be resealable but keeps opening is not what you expect. I had to use some pliers in the past to keep the bags closed. But Bulk Powders makes quality bags and scoops. I will see how good the proteins are to my body. I will try not to change my exercises so I can see a difference if there is any. So far I'm satisfied with my purchase. By the way I bought a bag of Pure whey protein - 2.5 Kg.”
“I've been using 'Bulk Powders' for a while now and find their prices very competitive. The products I have bought from them: Rice Protein, L-glutamine and Acetyl L Carnitine have been good quality and the packaging is sturdy and 'no nonsense'.
