The experience of going to the Button and sprung showroom was both helpful and lovely. The staff were friendly, well-informed and professional. It made such a difference to have the opportunity to try the entire range in privacy. We ended up buying a different mattress to the one we anticipated buying. In these corona times, the company has worked really hard to create a safe environment. Appointments are timed to allow plenty of time for the customer to feel relaxed and unpressured plus an extra hour for cleaning between clients. When you arrive you are invited to take a cleaned pillow and a newly laundered pillowcase. All the staff are wearing masks and keep a safe distance. The space is airy and well ventilated. The service from showroom to delivery was exceptional.
