“Buying: A great experience. Stephane was absolutely brilliant in making certain he understood our needs and relating them to specific mattresses. There was no hard sell, no upselling pressure, just plain old common sense, added to genuine professionalism, amazing product knowledge and an obvious desire to help. Oh, the pillows and clean pillow cases, for use while mattress testing, was a most welcome surprise as was the tea! Delivery: All companies should under promise and over deliver especially when shipping their products. Button & Sprung certainly did this. The estimated four week delivery schedule was achieved in three weeks and one day. The two delivery chaps were lovely, placed the mattresses on the bed and removed all packaging. The Mattresses: We chose the Teesdale Super King zip & link. They are truly superb, made in England (a bonus) of all natural materials and although it’s early days, we’re certain we made the right choice. We’re sleeping well and in great comfort too. Stephane also provided a recommended schedule for rotating / flipping which was really appreciated. This may not seem important, though it means we don’t have to bother creating a schedule, or worse having no idea when and what we did last time!”

“We had been looking for a mattress for a little while. We have a 'Euro Kingsize ' Ikea bed. Ikea in their wisdom had stopped supplying these mattresses in the UK so we thought that we were a bit stuck after our current mattress turned into something more like a relief map of the Himalayas!. Loads of companies websites said they did euro king size but when we spoke to them it was not in fact the case. I came across Button and Sprung website and it seemed like they also did the size we were after. I called the shop and I was most suprised to find that they had them! After a quick chat on the phone and some more research we took the plunge and ordered our mattress. The process was very smooth and they contacted us to arrange delivery around our schedules.”

“From the moment I visited the showroom till I received the bed the quality of customer service was excellent. You cannot compare the level of service and quality of the bed to anywhere else. The delivery team was so good and told me to sit back and relax. They were so careful moving around the bed and assembled in small space! If you are looking for a really good quality beautiful bed I would really recommend to buy from Button & Sprung.”

“Button & Sprung is a wonderful company. I highly recommend visiting their showroom, as it offers the chance to experience their beds and mattresses firsthand. Their fabric selection is extensive, with many natural options that are hard to find elsewhere. “The whole experience has been great from start to finish. I’ve just received a mattress (and have previously ordered headboards and beds for my kids). They have been responsive on email about my delivery and helpful about doing it when worked for me. They also kindly removed my old mattress, even when I hadn’t pre arranged it, like I should have! Thank you.”

“Button & Sprung was so efficient during their delivery. They were incredibly aware of their surroundings so as not to bump into any walls with their boxes and they put the bed together like absolute pros. They even advised me that the mattress we had ordered was slightly too short, so I quickly returned and got a new one. The bed looks like it cost well over 4,000 GBP and it was less than half the cost. The blue is also gorgeous. 10/10 recommend B&S for all the things!”
