Customer service from Button & Sprung is very good. My partner and I were initially unsure whether to go for the regular or firmer and we were given a lot of good advice before ordering. We went for regular but In the end we actually decided to use out 100 night trial and exchange for the firmer. Very comfortable mattress, just personal preference. I love that they are made in such a natural and sustainable way compared to many other mattresses. There is no nasty chemical smell!
