This is how shopping should be. From the moment we entered the showroom it was a wonderful experience. We were offered coffee and told to go and try all the beds. There’s a children’s play area and our 4yr old was in his element. He was given a babycinno and headphones to watch paw patrol and was actively encouraged to jump on the beds, which he took full advantage of. The advisors were extremely knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to buy anything, although we ended up being in there for 4 hours and bought a beautiful Super King bed, which we are extremely happy with. On the day of delivery the mattress wouldn’t fit up the stairs, which was our fault for not measuring properly. They took the mattress back with no quibbles and made us 2 singles that zip together to make a super king! Would highly recommend Button and Sprung and won’t hesitate to buy from them again.
