Having visited the showroom and seen how much this company care about the quality of their mattresses, we bought one for the guest bed and, conscious of the 100 day return policy, we have been asking our guests how they find it - and they've found it really, really comfy. I am now thinking I should have bought it for myself! I can say the whole order, delivery, customer service process was absolutely best-in-class. We've been kitting out the whole house and it's not often you get perfect service as you do with Button and Sprung. We'll be buying our next mattress from here and we'll be recommending it to all our friends.
