I ordered my bed frame and mattress from Button and Sprung a couple of years ago. I was already impressed by their buying experience but that was nothing compared to the post sale customer service. A few months ago I discovered the bedframe had cracked in the middle of one side. I reached out to customer service expecting to be told it was my problem but was greeted by someone actively looking to resolve the problem. They quickly identified that my bed frame was probably suffering from a design fault, asked for nothing more than a photo to verify and then arranged a complete replacement at absolutely no cost to me. It arrived six weeks later with no further issue. They even let me fix up and keep the old one to place in a rental flat I had just acquired and needed to furnish. I don't think I've ever been so happy to encounter a faulty product. Seriously, thank you.
