Fantastic experience from start to finish. Well worth visiting the showroom if you can to see the different styles and sizes of bed in person. We had seen the terrible customer reviews of furniture quality, customer service (especially delivery) from a well-known competitor and then saw the great reviews for Button & Sprung. We're so glad we did our research and ordered from Button & Sprung as the quality of the fabric, bed itself, and customer service (including delivery and communication) were faultless. Five stars across the board, thank you! The ottoman bed has made a big difference to releasing valuable wardrobe space and we found large storage boxes from Amazon that we'd recommend (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0814NPWNK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) as these fit inside the ottoman section perfectly (the photos show we were able to fit three of these storage boxes with plenty of space for other things like shoe boxes/bags etc.
